The 285t combines two sets of functions: the top section features a frequency shifter, while the lower section includes both balanced modulation and classic ring modulation, all with voltage control. The frequency shifter can shift incoming audio using either its internal oscillator or external audio. Both SUM and Difference outputs are available simultaneously for analog stereo widening effects and more.

Buchla and TipTop Audio 259t Eurorack Complex Waveform Generator Module

The 259t is the largest and most complex analogue oscillator from Don Buchla’s legendary 200 modular synthesiser. The 259 originated the concept of the “Complex Oscillator” in the 1970s and has been reissued by Buchla and Tiptop Audio in Eurorack format.

The module consists of two oscillators, called the Modulator and Principal, with a middle section that provides voltage control over the internal modulation paths between the two oscillators, resulting in highly complex timbres.

Additionally, the principal oscillator passes through multiple unique voltage-controlled waveshapers and crossfaders for further signal processing. The module’s pitch can be controlled with 1V / OCT or via its internal auto-tuner and ART control to create precisely pitched notes.

Archaea Modular LOKI Analog Eurorack Voice

Loki is an all analog design. It features two oscillators designed from the ground up using discrete components. The first oscillator provides independent saw and pulse note-range outputs with FM, PWM, glide and a mixable sub-oscillator. The second oscillator provides an output from low-frequency ranges up to and above audible ranges. The triangle and saw output can be used as an LFO or as a second voice, which can be synced to the note start or the first oscillator waveform.

The voltage controlled filter is based around the analog FatkeysTM SSI2144 filter chip, an updated version of the SSM2044 4-pole low-pass filter used in numerous classic synthesizer designs. The filter design features a resonance path external to the 4 low-pass cores of the SSI2144. This allows resonance to be optionally added to the low-pass response without loss of bass. The filter output is smoothly managed by a custom- designed drive circuit that allows an adjustable amount of punch to be added to the sound.Loki provides an attack/release envelope generator and VCA circuit designed for low-noise operation. The envelope generator has a control input that allows the envelope to track against a modulation source, allowing for velocity/ aftertouch control etc. or more complex envelope shapes.

The second oscillator frequency, filter cutoff and other main controls are provided with larger knobs for live performance. 16 patch connections are provided which are organised by sub-module as an easy cue to their function. The sockets are located towards the bottom of each sub-module to keep cables away from the controls. Loki is simple enough to be patched live, but with enough connections to allow it to be used live or in the studio with a sequencer.

Knobula Echo Cinematic Eurorack Stereo FX Module

Echo Cinematic is a practical stereo effects device inspired by the dub music culture that emerged from Jamaica and landed in London during the early 1980s. Analog tape delays were routinely patched into the mixing desk through a channel strip, to be Eq’d and fed back to themselves via the FX send bus. The engineer could manipulate the Eq and FX send controls to create a constantly evolving rhythmic texture, a feedback loop teetering on the edge of self-oscillation. Echo Cinematic does away with the need for a sophisticated mixing desk and expands on this principle with a versatile resonant filter and five independent sources of automation built into the module; two LFOs for both Eq and delay modulation, a 30 second knob recorder capable of simultaneously controlling every knob on the front panel, and two external CV inputs, instantly assignable to any control as you insert a patch cable.

The EQ section features three filter types: a high/low-pass filter, a peak/notch filter, and a classic comb filter. Each of these can be patched into either the feedback loop (Dub Mode), the delay output, or the entire signal path, including the dry signal. The delay section offers up to two seconds of delay with a tap delay facility that also applies grid snapping, allowing your delay settings to be constantly locked to your beat or to a clock signal. Reverb duties are taken care of by our lush 24-bit stereo reverb, as featured on our other cinematic modules.

Herbs and Stones Arms Eurorack Dual Percussion Module

Arms is a two voice digital percussion module. It is based around a combination of FM synthesis and ring modulation.

Each voice has CV control over decay length, FM mod range, FM mod decay and the frequency of the ring modulator oscillator.
The two identical voices are designed to synthesize a wide range of drum and percussion sounds, from hi hats to harsh snares and low frequency tom toms.

Each CV input accepts 0-5V signals and is protected from voltages above and under the expected CV range.

Verbos Electronics Sawtooth Stack Eurorack Synth Voice Module

The Sawtooth Stack is a swarm of 5 triangle core discrete oscillators with the unique waveshaping from the Foundation Oscillator. The pitch Spread of the oscillators can be voltage controlled and they are stretched from left to right through a stereo VCA. The tuning and volt/octave tracking are calibrated when the autotune button is pressed.

Notes can be played with MIDI, plus all the main panel controls can be controlled by MIDI CC’s, with their CC numbers shown on the panel below the controls. In the waveshaper section, Timbre crossfades from a sine wave to a saw wave, Richness multiplies the saw wave. The Envelopes are Rise-Fall type, with a range of 2ms-10sec per stage. End pulse outputs allow looping and chaining. The output is stereo, but if only one jack is used, all 5 oscillators are included. The Sawtooth Stack is 42HP and 16mm deep, allowing it to be used as a stand alone synthesizer.
